[Staircase inside the Knights of Pythias Building]

Description: Photograph of a staircase in the Knights of Pythias Building at 315 Main Street in Fort Worth, Texas. The two-landing staircase has carpeted stairs and decorative bannisters. The turned-wood spindles are taller at each landing than they are on the actual stairs themselves. A potted tree sits by the base of the stairs, and two bowl lights shine on the ceiling.

Description: Photograph of a staircase inside of a house. The photo is taken looking down the stairwell, so a square shape is seen in the center. The stairs are stone with a dark outline, and the railing is ornate and detailed, with a metal handrail attached on top. An arched alcove sits in the corner of a small landing where the staircase turns. It has made of the same material as the lower walls, a polished stone, and has an ornate keystone. The staircase is made of stone, and the steps are rounded where they go beyond the bannister, each one having beveled edges.
