Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by Jack Revill concerning an interview with Sergeant R. L. Mayo. Revill states that Sergeant Mayo was interviewed as to any information he might have concerning the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald that was not covered in his original report. Mayo described an unknown white male approximately 25 years of age who attempted to enter the basement of the City Hall, and that he disappeared shortly after the shooting of Oswald.
