Description: Letter from Robert Xavier Rodriguez, president of the Texas Composers Forum, to Sterling Houston, a prominent Texan playwright. His organization awarded a grant to Mr. Houston's theatre company. The two attended the same high school, and Robert has taken the opportunity to catch up. He hopes that the two can get together.
