Herrera writes regarding copies of Planned Parenthood literature about birth control that were mailed to Rev. Kelly by Ofelia Mendoz of Planned Parenthood. Herrera refutes the use of his name in Mendoz's letter, and disavows any endorsement of the literature by himself or by LULAC.
