Description: A World War II-era joke in the form of a letter. The correspondence is addressed to Hebbronville Local Board No. 1, from Frank Garcia Castillo, Eagle Pass, Texas, and dated October 19, 1943. The letter begins, "I received your classification card in which you give me 4-F. But I don't like it . . . ." It is typewritten on Selective Service System letterhead.
