Kempner explaining that he will make the increased offer to the land owner of the potential lot for the Hillel building in Austin, rejoicing over the pledges for $1,000.00 and discussing the responses from B'nai B'rith Lodges. He also mentions Mr. Scheppps decision to donate the Liquor Dealers Fund to local hospitals in the area. He agrees to make personal donations to the fund instead.
