Description: Outline of the Dallas Master Plan compiled by the Dallas City Plan Commission discussing the fourteen previous reports made by Harland Bartholomew. The report also contains maps showing the city's streets, water distribution, parks, etc. Included in the back is a handwritten list made by Mayor J. Woodall Rodgers listing members of the various boards and committees involved in the planning.

[Report to J. E. Curry by W. P. Gannaway, January 15, 1964]

Description: Photocopy of a report addressed to Chief Jesse E. Curry of the Dallas Police Department. The report, which was submitted by Captain W. P. Gannaway, states that Dr. Jacobson Coleman, M. D. is a friend of Jack Ruby. Coleman has been friends, both socially and professionally, with Jack Ruby since 1956. He described Ruby as "flamboyant and excitable with no stable emotions."
