Notes

Item description from donor: "A laminated flyer is stapled to an electrical post on Mandell St in the Montrose neighborhood of Houston, TX. The flyer had a picture of a blue disposable mask with the words "wear me please" on it, a white background, and red text that reads:
"Pandemic! WARNING! Pandemic! WARNING Pandemic
HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM
Pandemic! WARNING! Pandemic! WARNING Pandemic
Do what all the medical professionals tell you
What the world already does - wear your mask.
DON'T listen to the Liar-In-Chief
Always use a mask to protect yourself & neighbors!"
This photo was taken on April 18, 2021.
My partner and I were walking our dogs when we spotted this. We assume this flyer has been there since 2020, when Trump was in office (re: "Liar-in-chief" who refused to wear a mask)."
