Both of the kids are holding a kitten in each hand and Byrd is looking down at the kittens while Pam smiles at the camera. The kids are sitting in the grass and behind them is a car that is parked in a driveway and there are multiple houses visible. There are short trees scattered around the front yard and on the right side of the image is a street. On the other side of the street are more houses.
