Judge J. W. Timmins left last
Sunday for Storling City to
open court at the regulur term
for that county and Monday
morning he empaneled tho
errand jury and sot it to work
hi about .'10 minutes lime after
which ho took up the dockets
und finding nothing on them ad-
journed court until in tho even-
ing when tho grand jury hav
ing found nothing to baso .an
indictment upon the court was
adjourned for the term So
that tho time of 30 minutes om
panoling tho grand jury was
virtually tho duration of tho
term of court.
Tho Judge and district at-
torney returned homo Tuesday.
