EMERGENCY CARE ATTENDANT COURSE
The La Salle County Ambulance Service will sponsor a 30 hour emergency care attendant (ECA) course beginning
Sunday, April 23, 1978. Emergency care and transportation of the sick and injured including such medical and en-
vironmental emergencies as heart attack, stroke, severe burns, drowning, fractures, severe bleeding and
emergency childbirth will be covered.

plement a new schedule of telephone
rates in Texas effective April 14, 1978.
It is expected that the requested
rate schedule will furnish an increase
of 11.4 percent in the company’s intra-
state revenues.
A complete copy of the new rate
schedule is on file with the Public
Utility Commission at Austin, Texas,
and with each affected municipality,
and is available for inspection in each
of the Company's public business
offices.

Rosary was recited for Flores
at 7:30 p m Thursday, March 30
in the Hearn Chapel and a
Requiem Mass was said Friday
afternoon March 31 in the
Encinal Catholic Church with
interment in the Encinal
Cemetery under the direction of
Hearn Funeral Home.
Flores is survived bv his
wife, Mrs. Maria Flores of
Cotulla, as well as two
brothers Valentin Mores of
Corpus Christi, Claudio Flores
of Freer and a sister Mrs Petra
Cerna of Alice.
Three sons, Emilio
Flores, Jr. of Chicago, Alfredo
Flores of Hutchins, Texas and
Jose Cardenas of Laredo; three
daughters Mrs. Isabel Ramos

Mrs Robert Kinsel of
Three Rivers died March 30,
1978 at the age of 59 after a long
illness.

August 21, 1919, she was the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dell
Ballard Her mother was

Snookie graduated from
Cotulla High School in 1937 and
attend the University of Texas
at Austin
She was married to Robert
Russell (Bob) Kinsel for 38
years. , They have three
children, Robert Russell
(Bobbie) Kinsel, Jr. of
Pleasanton. Mrs. Monty Lynn
(Mary Kay) of George West and
Novie Ann Kinsel of Houston,
Four grandchildren Bobbie and
Brady Kinsel of Pleasanton,
Lyndie Bob and Jay Lynn of
Georgewest
Services were held at First
Methodist Church in Three
Rivers Saturday April 1, In-
terment at Three Rivers
Cemetery in Three Rivers

Victoria Easter Tennis Tour
