Notice is here given to all per-
sons i interested in the Estate of
Carl Wagner, deceased, that
Wilhelmina Wagner, whose pres-
ent address is New Braunfels,
Texas, Route No. 1, was on Jan.
23, 1912, duly appointed Admin-
istrator with the Will annexed
of said estate, and that she has
duly qualified as such. Said Ad-
ministration is pending in county

Notice of Sheriff's Sale.
(REAL ESTATE)
By virtue of an Order of Sale (Exe-
cution) issued out of the Honorable
District Court of Stonewall county on
the 9th day of July, 1912, in the case of
B. P. Allen versus H. N. Patton, in
Cause No. 858, and to me, as Sheriff,
directed and delivered, I have levied
upon, this 9th day of July, A. D. 1912,
and will, between the hours of 10
o'clock, a. m. and 4 o'clock p. in. on
the first Tuesday in August, A. D.
1912, it being the 6th day of said
month, at the court house door of said
Stonewall county, in the town of As-
permont, proceed to sell at public
auction to the highest bidder, for cash
in hand, all the right, title and inter-
est which said H. N. Patton had on
the 18th day of August, A. D. 1969, or
at any time thereafter, of, in and to
the following described property towU:
166 acres of land situated in Stonewall
county, Texas, known as the south 1-4
[S 1-4] of Section No. 342, block "D"
certificate No. 29-2153, Original Gran-
tee, H. & T. C. Ry Co. survey. Said
land commonly known as the Rad
Allen place; said property being levied
on as the property of said H. N. Pat-
ton to satisfy a judgment dated Octo-
ber 25th, 1911, for $1057.15, with 8 per
cent per annum interest from its date,
and costs in favor of B. P. Allen and
against said H. N. Patton.

place of beginning, said property
being levied on as the property of J. fl.
Strange and R. L. Black to satisfy
a judgement amounting to $2201.98,
with 8 per cent interest from April 23,
1912. in favor of said J. R. Durrett,
and costs Of suit.
