R. o. Naylor is under arrest on a
complaint filed in justice J. M. Lea-
ver's court alleging murder in con-
nection with the death of Dr. D. H-
Way. of Asheville N. C who expired
in the police emergency hospital
Tuesday evening about ten minutes
after he was brought there suffering
from a fracture of the skull accord-

was to the effect that Dr. Way was
found on the stairway at the D. R-

been seen scuffling in front of a sa-
loon during the evening.

placed under arrest. He said be was
a carpenter and that his home had
been at Tucson. He was transferred
to the county authorities Wednesday
morning and a complaint signed by
Juan Franco corporation court clerk
was sworn out. It alleges that said
Naylor "did kill and murder one Dr.
D H. Way bv striking and hitting
the said Dr. Way with some blunt in-
strument." Body to Be Shipped.
Dr. Wav's body was turned over to
McBean Simmons ft Hartford. A tele-

the police during the evening said

A German boy reached here bare-
footed wearing only an old pair of
overalls and a Mexican hat. One
Mexican family from Michoacan con-
sisting of a wife husband and two
children were robbed of everything
and had to beg clothing in Chihuahua
City.
The passengers agreed that Julio
Acosta and Martin Lopez commanded
the Ville followers but a federal ma-
jor who was wounded and left for
dead said he heard one of the com-
manders say Villa was nearby. There
were 450 of the Villa band and they
quickly overpowered the train guard
of CO federals all of nhom lost their
lives.
