Forman, Jr., Department Commander, The American Legion, Department of Texas, Houston, Texas, dated August 3, 1944. Forman reminds the Legionnaires of the housing conditions and that things are abnormal in Fort Worth, the same as in any other city in the Nation due to the war effort, and to make all reservations with Mr. Herbert Joseph, Chairman of the Housing Committee.
