to participate in the annual
conference of the South-
western Social Science As-
sociation.
Mr. Faddah will serve
as a 'Discussant.' This will
consist of delivering a crit-
ical analysis of two papers
that will be presented be-
fore the conference.

held in the Scalier Hilton
in Dallas, March 26-28. Mr.
Mr. Faddah will speak

has been selected by South-
western Life Insurance Com-
pany as one of the colleges
from the Southwest to share
in a unique leadership in-
stitute May 1-3.
Two Tarleton State
students will be invited to
the company's Dallas home
office for an unusual 'learn-
ing experience* in leader-
ship techniques.
They will join 98 other
college leaders from a five-
state area on scholarships
from the company to inau-
gurate what may become an
annual Southwestern Life
Leadership Institute. Its
purpose is to help project1
promising young campus'
leaders^ into responsible
career leadership .roles.
Participants returning to
their schools for further
study will have opportunity
