Sir: I am directed by the House to inform the Senate that the House has passed
the following:
H.B. 254, A bill to be entitled An Act relating to the establishment of Texas
Woman's University Medical School in Fort Worth; amending Chapter 107, Texas
Education Code; by adding Subchapter E; and declaring an emergency.
H.B. 491, A bill to be entitled An Act relating to the construction, repair, and
rehabilitation of facilities at state-supported institutions of higher education; amending
Section 61.058, Texas Education Code; and declaring an emergency.
H.B. 652, A bill to be entitled An Act relating to the penalty imposed for a
deceptive trade practice; amending Section 32.42, Penal Code; and declaring an
emergency.
H.B. 1159, A bill to be entitled An Act relating to the membership of the Texas
Water Quality Board; amending Sections 21.022, 21.023, 21.026, and 21.028, Water
Code; repealing Section 21.027, Water Code; and declaring an emergency.
H.B. 1360, A bill to be entitled An Act amending Section 88.103, Subchapter B,
Chapter 88, Texas Education Code; and declaring an emergency.
All necessary rules suspended, and the House concurred in Senate amendments
to House Bill 602 by a non-record vote.
