The Seniors took part in the
parade Friday evening with a
beautiful float, carrying out the
theme of a football field. The
back end of the truck was deco-
rated like a football field;it was
very pretty. Anna Lee Ovesny sat
un top of the t: uck cab, she was
selected to be the Football Sweet-
heart. The Senior boys, and girls
walked behind the truck.
I just want to give a little
advice to the other grades if you
don’t want anything ruined don’t
ever whitewash it. Now don’t laugh,
I know by experience., I rubbed on
in line. Members of the ninth
grade were dressed as movie stars.
Hallowe’en wa s the motive of
the Junior class float. The Jun-
iors also had Clarence Beezley and
Immanuel Burrow riding in a buggy.
Beezley w:s dressed as a girl
• no Burrow as the boy friend.
The last in the parade was the
eleventh grade. Football was ".the
schene carried out on the Senior
float. Anna Lee Ovesny as Football
Sweetheart was driving the Hutto
Hippos on tc victory! The back
part of the float was ^decorated as
a football field. Walking behind
the float were the senior football
boys and pep squad girls.
By the way, in case you need a
white washing job ...done you, should
call on a certain group of seniors.
They are quite experienced in ap-
plying white wash but even more so
in removing it. L.L.
