Handwritten on tag (around "Dr. Todd Bradford Willis" printed in center): "Ruth Duffy LeBlanc (1909-1982) was a graduate of the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Waco."

The name "Ruth LeBlanc" is handwritten twice on the back of the plaque.
