N. W. corner of said Duncan St. Clair survey, in Burnet County;
thence N. 19 W. 691-1/2 vrs. to the S. E. corner of the Samuel
Prewitt survey; thence S. 71 W. 1696 vrs. with the S. line of Samuel
Prewitt survey of the S. W. corner of said Prewitt survey;

the Brooks subdivision on the Boyce survey; thence S. 71 W. 1126

and R. T. Cooper to Jacob Hemphill, 1801 vrs. to the N. W. corner
of said Hemphill tract; thence S. 19 E. 856 vrs. to the S. W.
