thoroughly understands every

after his farms and real estate

Big Railroad Strike Off.
The big it ttionwide railroad
'strike was called off Saturday,
'immediately following the pass-
j age by congress oí eight hour
| law for all railroad employes,

in price had the strike been

County Court Convened.
County Court convened Mon-
day morning for the September
term with .Judge Billiard presid-
ing and County Attorney Bowers
a id Clerk Joe Wondrash at their
posts. The criminal docket was
taken up and some pleas of guil-
ty accepted and some cases con*
tinned, and civil docket was
taken up Wednesday.
