agent and approving remarketing agree-
ment; designating the Treasurer of the State
of Texas as initial liquidity provider and
approving liquidity agreement; designating
AIG Financial Products Corporation as
qualified swap provider and approving in-
terest rate swap agreement; and authorizing
other matters in connection therewith; con-
sideration of an action on Resolution autho-
rizing staff to: proceed with the signing of
documents to enter into an interest rate
swap agreement with AIG Financial Prod-
ucts Corporation; including the collateral
custodian agreement required thereby; des-
ignate a tender agent and approve and exe-
cute a tender agent agreement; take all ac-
tion necessary to complete the issuance and
sale of State of Texas Veterans Housing
Assistance Refunding Bonds, Series 1995;
and consideration of bond counsel fees with
respect to the State of Texas Veterans
Housing Assistance Bonds, Series 1994A/B
transactions.
