ft seeming thai many people
have mistaken our meaning and
intentions in the resolutions we
adopted and had published some
time ago. Wo wish to make the
following explanation-
1st. It is reported we demand
cash in advance from any and
all persons before services are
rendered. This is a mistake.
We demand oash from those who
are not trying to pay and wont
pay their just bills only.
2nd. We are oarrying over
accounts >ikI. .are working for
many that we know cant pay but
are honest and have made ar-
rangements.
Now our resolution are for the
people who are dishonest, that
leave and fail to pay, that use
one doctor one year and quit
him because they wont pay him
and use another doctor. That is
the kind of man we want proteo
tion against. The honest man
has no right to complain. To
which elns i do you belong?
