Notes

Additional historical information: According to the 1923 El Paso, Texas City Directory the Blair Apartments were located at 615 1/2 N Campbell St and that Mrs. Agnes Aronson was the proprietor in 1923. The apartments are no longer there and this area is now part of Interstate 10. In the background are the western slopes of the Franklin Mountains. Also visible but not yet developed is the area that would later be called Stormsville and then would later become Rim Road - middle of the image.
