and ANTHONY PINA, re-
questing authority to make,
execute and deliver an Oil,
Gas & Mineral Lease upon
and covering the following
described real property
belonging to said Minors:
All of the right, title and
interest of said minors
Adrian Pina, Jr., Corina
Pina and Anthony Pina in
and to Share No One (1) in
Porcion No Fifty-Nine (59),
Mier Jurisdiction, Abstract
No. 326 (the whole of said
Share No. 1 in Porcion 59
containing 65.08 acres of
land and being described by
metes and bounds in the
Final Decree of Partition of
said Porcion No. 59 in
Cause No. 1674 in the
District Court of Starr
County, Texas styled First
State Bank & Trust Com-
pany et al vs. Tomas
Hinojosa et al, said Final
Decree of Partition being
dated November 10, 1933
and a certified copy thereof
being recorded in Volume
75, Pages 212 et seq of the
Deed Records of Starr
County, Texas, and refer-
ence is here made to said
Final Decree of Partition
and its record for all
purposes);
said Lease to also provide
for and authorize the pool-
ing of said land and interest
in lands as in said Lease
provided a copy of which is
attached to said Application
and which is hereby re-
ferred to and made a part
hereof;
And it appearing to the
Court that said Application
is in proper form, it is
therefore ordered that
hearing upon said Applica-
tion be and the same is
hereby set for the 10th day
of July, 1984 at 10:00 A.M.
in the County Court
Courtroom in the Starr
County Courthouse in Rio
Grande City, Texas, and
said Guardian is ordered to
give the proper notice of
said hearing as provided by
law to ail persons interested

tion and social services to
individuals aged 60 and
over residing in the counties
of Jim Hogg, Starr, Webb
and Zapata. Potential
service providers must
address the provision of
congregate and home-
delivered meals, in addition
to social services to
supplement the nutrition
project: I.E., information
and referral, outreach, and
transportation. Additional
funds are available for
social services to the aged,
including but not limited to
information and referral,
transportation, in-home and
legal services.

total package for serving all
four counties within the
region, or for individual
