thusiastic meeting at the Buatrop Inn
1 uesday, with a good number or
members present.
Judge i'aui I). Page made a ery
interesting report on the meeting
held with the Highway Engineers last
weeit. His report was very favor-
able, and he stated that tho com-
mission was ready to start work as
soon as the right-of-way is secured.
Mr. W B. Itansomc also made
report of the progress being made to
secure necessary right-of-way, and
stated to the club the approximate
amount of money that the lanil could
be purchased for. By a unanimous
vote of the club, this road committee
was authorized to purchase .-aid land
which win reported on.
I he meeting as a whole u,is a veiy
inti testing one, and al! members who
were not present, are urged to come
in \t I ut-day, and help tin club put
over the big project. This is one
thing that will help every citizen in
the entire county.
