I Reed your Letter of the Inst p? mail which you
stated you had wrote by a private conveyance which I have never
Reed. You wrote to know if M? Bradleys boat had started or no
which has not come down as yet Like wis(e) about some Land
and see M? Bradley which I saw niacin the evening after I Reed
your Letter as he was going out of Town and he could not Tell
me any thing about it only that he was of the opinion you could
get it. he started the next morning to the Long Prairie to
start his boat down the River is not a Rising any at all. Like
wise you wanted. to know if M? Devenport had or would Leace his
place on Red River which he has done to a man from White River
tnat is the place where Bradley lives and the other I am told,
he wont Leace.
Like wise to see Johnson about the first payment
wnich you wanted me to try and settle which is not in my power
but I shall let him have all I can and if you Return he wants
you to come as soon as possible for he says he will stay un-
till you come back
You wrote you wanted me to go to the Long Prairie and
Orr to tne Delaware Village. Wnich if we start we want or
Orr w&nts to know wnere and how you inte(n)d he shall go I
have got a copy of those invoices which I send you I have sent
your horse and Do^ in the care of M? Biles-- which he says he
