PURSUANT to the Stipulation for Judgment filed herein
by and between plaintiff and defendants through their respective
counsel and the Court expressly determining that there is no just
reason for delay;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff
have judgment against the defendant, League of United Latin
American Citizens, a Texas corporation, in the sum of Six Thousand
Nine Hundred Seventy-One and 89/100 Dollars ($6,971.89) plus attor-
neys' fees in the sum of Two Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,000.00)
and Court costs incurred herein in the sum of Seventy-Five and
65/100 Dollars ■ ($75 .65) with interest on the total judgment at the
rate of six percent (6%) per annum from the date hereof until paid.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is hereby dis-
missed without prejudice as to the remaining defendants herein.
