SEC. 2. That all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed. ('31-42-R-S.L. 233.)
ANGELINA COUNTY - SQUIRREL

SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for anyone to hunt, take or
kill any squirrel in Angelina County at any time except during
the period of time between the dates of October 1st and January
15th, both days inclusive. (As amended by '57-55-1-4.)
SEC. 2. Anyone who shall hunt, take or kill any squirrel in
Angelina County at any time other than the period between
October first and January fifteenth, both inclusive, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined in a sum not less than Ten Dollars ($10) nor more
than Fifty Dollars ($50), and each unlawful act of hunting,
taking or killing of a squirrel shall constitute a separate offense.

AUSTIN AND OTHER COUNTIES - SQUIRRELS

SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, take
or kill squirrel, except during the months of May, June, July,
October, November and December of any year in the following
named counties: ... Smith, ... Waller, Fort Bend, ... Brazoria,
. Austin, and ... ."
SEC. 2. Any person who shall hunt, take or kill any squirrel
in violation of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction shall be fined in a sum not less than Ten
Dollars ($10.00), nor more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00). ('29-
41-2-21 as last amended by '33-43-R-S. L. 17.)
AUSTIN COUNTY - SQUIRREL

SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to take or kill
in Austin County more than ten (10) squirrels in any one day,
or to have in possession at any one time more than twenty (20)
squirrels taken or killed in Austin County.
SEC. 2. Any person violating any provision of this Act shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be
fined in a sum of not less than Ten Dollars ($10) nor more than
Fifty Dollars ($50), and each squirrel killed, taken, or in pos-
