Meyer of San Antonio who was ar-
rested In ftexar County on a charge
of selling Intoxicants after the law
went Into effect. The case was never
tried In Inx.trlct Court as Meyer came
to the Court of Appeals with a rlt of
habeas corpus and was allowed bond
by this Court. On July 19. IftlS the
rase was submitted on brief and oral
argument to the Court of Criminal Ap
peals. Since that time It has bn un-.
der the advisement of the Court.
