Letter from Vernis Hudgins to program coordinators for chapters of The Links, Inc. located in the western United States. Hudgins is newly appointed to the position of Western Area Program Coordinator and introduces herself. The program coordinators are responsible for presenting information about Links' programming events at the area conference as well as creating a questionnaire for the conference. Hudgins would like everyone to think about possible content for their presentation and questionnaire.
