BASIS
Upon certification of the Local
Council, the Ten Year Program Award
will be made to each Unit which:
(1) Conducts an approved Unit pro-
gram with satisfactory attendance
record during its current Charter year.
(2) Has a net increase in registered
boy membership at the end of the
current Unit year over its previous Unit
year, unless it has already enrolled the
limit which may have been set by the
Local Council for the Unit involved.
UNITS
At least 50% of all new Scouts en-
rolled during the Troop year must be
twelve years old at time of enrollment.
NOTE: Cub Packs must have 50% of
New Boys at 9 years of age.
(3) Reregisters, not later than one
month after the expiration of its cur-
rent charter, 80% of any New Boys
registered during the current year. No
penalty attaches to the loss of boys
who transferred out or died during
the year.
