Description
Criminal intelligence report addressed to Captain W. P. Gannaway of the Special Service Bureau. The report, which was submitted by L. D. Stringfellow, states that Claude Hallmark said Jack Ruby was in the Allright parking Garage on the afternoon of November 23, 1963. He went on to say that Ruby made a telephone call and asked for Wes Wise.
