SUNNY AS-SPRING DAFFODIL CAKE
This cake, a classic marbling of snowy angel food and golden sponge batters, is one of the
nicest you can bake "from scratch." It's rich enough to serve plain, but can be frosted
and flower decked to star at a shower or anniversary party. A frosting recipe and informa
tion about a cake recipe leaflet come along

If you have lived in one
place all year and have
worked for one employer,
probably you haven t faced
the problem of getting
your W-2 form. You may
even have already
received your refund
check. However, if you
move around and still
don't have all of your
w-2's you better let your
old employers know what
your address is now, so
ne can mail you your
W-2's. Don't tile your
tax return until you get
all of your W-2's because
the computer will simply
hold up your refund or the
processing of your tax
return. The computer will
also send you a nice little
form letter saying "Get
your W-2's."
Internal Revenue can help
you in some cases, but
ordinarily they expect you
to talk to your former
employer and get the W-2.
If you cannot secure a W-2
Internal Revenue will fur-
nish you with an affidavit
form for you to estimate to
the best of your ability,
your earnings, Social
Security tax and the
income tax that was
withheld by your
employer. If you don't
have all of your W-2's
now is the time to start
getting them.

GENERAL OF JOHN

1 hat which was from the
beginning, which we have
heard, which we have seen
with our eyes, which we
have looked upon, and our
hands have handled, of the
Word of life; 2 Eor the
life was manifested, and
we have seen it, and bear
witness, and shew unto
you that eternal life, which
was with the Father,
and was manifested unto
us;) 3 That which we have
seen and heard declare we
unto you, that ye also may
have fellowship with us;
and truly our fellowship
is with the Father, and
with his Son Jesus Ghrist.
4 And these things write
we unto you, that your joy
may be full. 5 Tnis,
then is the message which
we have heard of him,
and declare unto you, that
God is light, and in him is
no darkness at all. 6 If
we say that we have
fellowship with him, and
walk in darkness, we lie,
and do not the truth; 7
But if we walk in the light,
as he is in the light, we
have fellowship one with
another, and the blood of
Jesus Christ his Son
cleanseth us from all
sin. 8 If we say that we
have no sin, we deceive
ourselves, and the truth
is not in us. 9 If we con-
fess our sins, he is faith-
ful and just to forgive
us our sins, and to cleanse
us from all unrighteous-
ness. 10 If we say that we
have not sinned, we make
him a liar, and his word
is not in us.
Diseases' of the heart and
blood vessels now kill more
than 1,000,000 persons a year,
being responsible for more
than 54 per cent of all deaths.
Your Heart Association,
supported by the Heart Fund,
fights a vast complex of dis-
eases—among them heart at-
tack, stroke, high blood pres-
sure, rheumatic fever and
rheumatic heart disease and
congenital heart defects.
