Church and SS attendance fell
down Sunday. There were several
who went to Forest Hill and en-
joyed the good services.
Mr. and Mrs. Yvon Crumpton &
mother and family and Miss Era
Dupree visited in S. G. Dupree
home Sunday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Dupree and
grandson Eddio visited Sunday in
Bob Patterson home.
Afternoon visitors were Mr*. D
W. White and daughters Lola,
PaulaJo and Mrs. Ovida Seal, Mr
and Mrs. Johnnie Waters.
Mrs. Bob Patterson's mother is
visiting her.

and Mrs. Foster Sunday after-
noon.
Grandma Hill is still on the sick
list.
Our sympathy goes out to the
sick and bereaved of our commu-

3 tablespooni finely 1 teaspoon ««It
cut onion few grain# pepper
2 tablespoons hot No. 2 can tomatoes
shortening V2 cup I'et Milk ■
i/4 cup flour 8 crisp bacon slices
Cook onion slowly 5 min. in shorten-
ing. Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Stir in tomatoes. Boil slowly and stir
5 min. Heat milk to boiling. Remove
tomato mixture and miik from heat.
Stir tomato mixture into hot milk. Do
not heat after combining. Serve hot
on toast topped with bacon. Serves 4
★To use peeled, cut-up fresh toma-
toes, increase amount to 23/4 cups and
| cook 10 minutes.
