Kappa Mu Epilson Members
Spring, 2003Kappa Mu Epsilon is a national organization founded in
1931 to promote the interest of mathematics among undergraduate
students. The Texas Eta Chapter of Kappa Mu
Epsilon was established at Hardin-Simmons University on
May 3, 1975.
Kappa Mu Epsilon strives to maintain a spirit of friendship,
cooperative academic learning,a nd willing serviceamong the students interested in mathematics. The organization
emphasizes the role of mathematics in the development
of civilization and helps students develop an appreciation
of the power and the beauty of mathematics.
Furthermore, Kappa Mu Epsilon encourages maintaining a
