On December 18, Bickett Senate held its initia-
tion and is proud to announce the following new
members: Lovell W. Aldrich, Alfonso E. Alonso, Jr.,
Bobby R. Bearden, Dudley P. Beaven, Loyd E. Bing-
ham, Jr., Joseph J. Bonney, Joe E. Chapa, Richard
J. Clarkson, Robert F. Estrada, Gunter K. Gaskell,
Arturo E. Guerra, Jr., Miguel Hernandez, Jr., R.
Wayne Hughes, Jr., Ronald F. Kuykendall, John F.
Lubben, III, Leonel F. Pena, Eugene S. Prashner,
Joe M. Shelton, Charles J. Stockstill, Jake N. Talley,
Jr., Patrick P. Thomas, and Thomas B. Walsh, Jr.
The ceremony was held in the courtroom of Judge
Charles Grace, County Judge of Bexar County, fol-
lowed by a reception at the Town House. Alumni and
members of Bickett Senate were present to preside
over the function and welcome the new brothers.
Delta Theta Phi held its election of officers on
December 19, and the following were elected for the
coming year: Dean, Patrick P. Thomas; Vice-Dean,
Jerry R. Houser; Tribune, Richard J. Clarkson;
Master of Rolls, Donald F. Hendrie; Exchequer,
George G. Cooper; Master of Ritual, A. Paul Red-
mon; Bailiff, Arturo E. Guerra, Jr.
