we fall to sec how anyone armed
with all the facts can oppose this
forthcoming revenue bond election
vhich by law cannot be financed
through taxation And certainly there

I We would like to sec the time

O DOUBT some will complain
that the amount of the ssue
is too high In the past wc have had
to vote small issues eer > few ears
The town outgrew the improvements
almost before thc > were completed
During these years the crj has
been Why dont they vote enough
bonds to get what we need and thus
avoid these numerous small issues1
That is exactly what is being done
As a stockholder in the Gt > of
Tulia cast your vote intelligemlj
And remember the power problem
is YOURS There will be some who
will thing they are spiting the city
council if they fail to vote for the
issue The council has no more to
lose than you do In case ft fails
But the councilmen will have a pretty
good comeback ncM summer
when you phone the city hall to
complain about your low voltage
your defrosting food locker or your
