For the relief of Moses Martindaleo
resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
.Republic of Texas in Congress assembled That the auditor
)e, and he is hereby authorized 'and required to audit the
u.laims of Moses Martindale, for three months service in the
army, and that the secretary of war grant him a certificate
,)r a corresponding amount of land.

of the Republic of Texas in Congress assembled, That
-ro-m and after the passage of this act, the national arms of
ihe Republic of Texas be, and the same is hereby declared
:o be a white star of five points, on an azure ground, encircled
