have supervision of the work in
this rounty
According to a communication
received loans will bo made thru
local banks Cotton Cooperative
Marketing Associations anil similar
agencies Forms for making
loans are enroute to tho County
Agent and will ho distributed to
the banks in the County when received
All cotton growers contemplating
making use or this loan
are instructed to deal with their
Ranker as tho County Agent will
not have any authority in regard
to making a loan
Under the provisions of the plan
banks will make the loans and in
turn will sell this negotiable paper
to tho Commodity Credit Corporation
a division of the Reconstruction
Finance Corporation The
loan carries per cent Interest
and is due on or before July 31
1934
In turn for the loan cotton
stored in ware houses is pledged
as a security and if it is not sold
before the expiration of the note
it will become proporty of the
Commodity Credit Corporation
nowevor at any time the holder
ot the note may declare that the
note is duo immediately if anv
of the following should happen

spot cotton on the New Orleans
market goes to 15c per pound or
more 2 If It is learned that
the undersigned has made any misrepresentation
