a constable at Ferris, was
arrested yesterday on a warrant
from Hill county charging cattle
theft. A constable from Hill
county took him to Hillsboro.
Deputy Sheriff Fred Meredith
vent. down yesterday afternoon
and brought him back to make
bored. He was taken over to
Palmer where he made bond last
night after midnight with J. M.
Blocker and J. H Forehand as
sureties. Mr. Busbee went back
this morning to get his bond approved.Mr. Busbee explains the situa7
tion by saying that he . had been
buying yearlings in Hill county

head. At Brandon, he says, he
stopped over night and made arrangements
with a corn shelling
