The purpose of this presentation is to examine the potential of Austin and San Antonio, Texas as locations for making sound real estate investments. It will review the growth of these cities and the reasons for their growth, provide a current report on activity in various segments of the commercial real estate field, and will make some projections for investment opportunities in each of these segments of the marketplace.
