Some issues are: greater transparency by removing conflicts of interest and a change of the agency name, an increase in the cap on the Oil and Gas Regulation and Cleanup Fund, increase in the Pipeline Safety Fee, Commission to need Statutory Direction to Improve its Enforcement Processes, cease the Commissions promotion of propane, more oversight on interstate pipelines, and implement better procedural safeguards for mineral owners.
