Laws of the Republic of Texas.
Sec. 6. Be it further enacted, any officer or
agent of the company who shall be guilty of any dishonest use
of his office, or employment, or of the employing of the money
or property of the company or any unauthorized use, shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof, shall be punished
by fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court; any person
who shall wilfully injure or deface any of the works of the company,
or throw or place any impediment in the way of the use
thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction
thereof shall be punished by fine and imprisonment, at the discretion
of the court.
