ley The Vance caso was reported
several days ago but the Robley caso
was nob discovered until today Tbe
man died before medical attention
reached him He has been sick for
somo time but no physician was in
attendance during sickness
Thero are now three cases under
treatmont and two of them are about
well A new plan was agreed on to-
day by which tho city is to bo rein
spected and recleaned and health offi
cers from all over the State are invited
to come to San Antonio and see con-
ditions for themselves Those health
officers will be furnished transporta-
tion free and it is belioved when they
have seen tho situation they will ad-
vise the lifting of San Antonios quar-
antine
