MY LIFE
Debra Culpepper-Franklin was born on June 24, 1959 in San Antonio,
Texas. Debbie was the second of three beautiful girls born to Lillian N.
Culpepper and Edgar Culpepper.
Debbie graduated from Highlands High School in 1977. She attended
Durham Business College where she was awarded a degree in Business. After
graduating from college she decided to join the United States Army. Shortly after
returning from duty Debbie married Debro Pulley in 1981 and moved to
Boston. Later, after moving to Italy the couple was blessed with a son, Robert
Debro Pulley (Dusty) born on Jan 20, 1983. Years later upon her return to San
Antonio, Texas she began working at Sam Houston in the PX. Debbie later
went to work for fashion fair cosmetics and Revlon. She held a supervisor
position for Verizon and later became a manager at IBC Bank. After her health
began to fail she became an Independent Tax Consultant for Grant Enterprise ]
Tax Service. She was a member of Bethel Methodist Church. She later
purchased a home to settle. ]
Later she met and joined in marriage with Keith Franklin
She is preceded in death by her (Father) Edgar Culpepper and (Sister) Marie
Elaine Culpepper
Debbie leaves to cherish her memories to her (Mother) Lillian N. Culpepper
(Son) Robert Pulley (Dusty); (Sister) Cynthia Culpepper; of San Antonio, Texas.
(Aunt) Johnnie Lartigue of Beaumont,Texas;(Niece) Jaime Ray and two
(Nephews) Marlon Culpepper and Brandon Watkins.
