Below the map, a legal statement certifies the authenticity of the map as signed by both owners: J. A. Anderson Sr. and J. T. Anderson. "Lot 1 and 6 in Block "A" are equal in size about 4 1/4 acres each. Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 in Block "A" are equal in size about 4 1/3 acres each. All lots in Blocks "B" and "C" are equal in size about 5 acres each. All lots in Block "D" are equal in size about 12 1/2 acres each."
