Text: Know all men by these presents [sic] that we Cisario Benavides principal and Martin Gonzales and Eugenio Garza as securities of this City of Laredo and State of Texas, are held and firmly bound unto Santos Benavides Chief Justice of Webb County, or his successors in office in the sum of twenty dollars good and lawful money of this U.S. to be paid to the said Chief Justice in Case of noncompilance with a Certain law of the State of Texas regarding the estraying [sic] of animals else this obligation to be void and of no effect. In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands this 21st day of August 1860. Sesario Benabides, Martin Gonzales, Eugenio Garza. Delivered in presence of Pedro Treviño, Juan José Salinas."
