I propose that this book
dictate to the men the proper
w of Christian conduct
regardless of natural and WbUeal
principle. The fltat item the
book should deal with W
eondttet in the dorm; specific-
ally smoking in the room. The
smoking rale for men which
presently allows them to smoke
in the dorm should be changed
to stay In line with the student
regulation on page 21 of the
General Information Catalogue
whteh says "the College
dteeourages the use of tobaeeo in
every form." Therefore smoking
for hoys should be banned
Clothing Is the next point the
handbook should eoneider. Men
should be required to wear
panto. The length ahoHld be bo
shorter titan 1 inches below
the ankle and should alt at the
wnkt no lower than tji inehes
breakfast last month. A
coroner's report showed Church-
ill died or "vast quantities of hog
supplement."
Relation between Hunter and
his immediate superior Dr. John
Stevens ACC President presum-
ably have been "less than
cordial" In recent months
adding additional background to
the resignation.
One factor Involved In the rift
between Steven and Hunter has
been Hunter's insatiable desire
to talk.

Some memorable confronta-
tion with studento are reviewed
m the book which we dascrlhsd
by Beauch a a "topical survey."
There are also some humorous
recollection that could be celled
For instance one boy was
dismissed by Beeuchamp who
later discovered the boy to be
then president Don Morris' son.
Beauch went to great WsMjth t
eater to that boy for the rest of
hk career at ACC.

work. "Thk k a great day tor

ACC more prepared for the
world and In need of leas rule
than women do? Are women to
receive more attention and
lesponslbHrty than the men
receive? Certainly not.
The men of ACC are no more
mature than the women are.
Perhaps I should say thai the
women are more mature than
they are given credit for
Nevertheless something must be
done to relieve the studento
from the double standard that
exists at ACC. Bvery woman
attending this college receives n

In beeping with the progressive
