The Special Collections Department collects and preserves rare and unique materials including rare books, oral histories, university archives, historical manuscripts, maps, microfilm, photographs, art and artifacts. The department is located in UNT's Willis Library in the fourth floor Reading Room.
Video footage from the WBAP-TV station in Fort Worth, Texas to accompany a story about by news reporter Jim Street about Jane Hartwell Noris, a Red Cross worker and graduate of North Texas State University, returning to Dallas following her tour of duty as an aid worker in Seoul, South Korea. Norris is interviewed about caring for the crew of the Pueblo who were held captive by North Korea.
