The Dallas Community Relations Commission
will conduct a public hearing on racial violence in West Dallas tommorow night. The 21 member commission met un-announced last week to study the overall situation in the area-where violence erupted several nights last week. The incident that started the violence was a rock throwing fight a week-ago tonight near the Thomas Edison Jr. High School in which an 18-month old child was critically injured.
